The Zombie Lawyer

Zombies are mindless, diseased creatures longing for flesh AND who would have thought it - their just rights and a lawyer.

We converged on set some time ago to film a web commercial for "The Zombie Lawyer." I've worked with Director/Writer Matt McGharen on previous episodes. Besides having a large cast of Zombies, we were adding some Visual FX's shots to this episode. Since I'm just a little dangerous with After Effects I figured out how to add a car-hit (around minute :45) and a lively head on the ground (via green screen).

The head on the ground was pretty simple as we brought a green screen to the set and had the actor stand in front of it and not have a lot of movement - a Zombie's head doesn't move much once displaced from its body! I then went into After Effects and masked out around his head and then moved it into the video where the director wanted it.

Overall, I'm happy with this web commercial. We got a great break on set as the clouds came in and helped keep the shadows off the actors.
